When your main pillar as a brand isn’t something well-understood by people (sustainability), but yet important, you have to be more creative than ever. In 2018 Bancolombia decided to sat in the same table, the ones with the power and the ones with the vision, and create a docu-series. The standpoint collision between Baby Boomers and Gen Z’s, resulted in sustainable action plans for 7 of the most important latinamerican companies from different industries, and in a first-ever branded docu-series to enter Amazon Prime.

My role within the ad agency:

Lead a team of more than 40 people that worked in the project over a year. I was the agencies leader and was responsible for the project management, the talent negotiation and the advertising and content strategy.
